Reflecting on how our everyday actions may affect its cycle, and on how dependent we are on it, is not new\u2014though it is increasingly relevant today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This itinerary proposes visits to a range of facilities, both historical and contemporary, in order to explore how architecture has sought\u2014and continues to seek\u2014responses to water supply, storage, circulation, and regeneration. Looking ahead, it will be essential to rely on many more such infrastructures, and architecture must play a central role in their conception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><em><strong>*This route is part of the Itineraries program of the UIA World Congress of Architects 2026 Barcelona.
