{"id":3382,"date":"2026-04-02T14:52:37","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T14:52:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/editorial.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/rutes\/la-casa-sobre-la-casa\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T10:11:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T10:11:23","slug":"la-casa-sobre-la-casa","status":"publish","type":"rutes","link":"https:\/\/editorial.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/en\/rutes\/la-casa-sobre-la-casa\/","title":{"rendered":"La casa contextual"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&#8217;habitatge unifamiliar entre mitgeres ha estat habitualment, per agregaci\u00f3, la manera natural de fer cr\u00e8ixer hist\u00f2ricament els nuclis rurals, la seva unitat de configuraci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica; aquestes concentracions, eventualment, s&#8217;han acabat convertint en el cor de les ciutats, on han cedit protagonisme als habitatges plurifamiliars entre mitgeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aquestes construccions han estat objecte de dos tipus d&#8217;actuacions principals: la seva demolici\u00f3 per constru\u00efr un habitatge nou, ja fos unifamiliar o plurifamiliar, o la seva consolidaci\u00f3 adaptant els espais interiors sense alterar la percepci\u00f3 exterior, la que forma part del conjunt constru\u00eft. En aquesta selecci\u00f3 d&#8217;obres es proposa fixar la mirada en els casos intermedis, aquells que han conservat part de la pe\u00e7a original i, a partir d&#8217;aquesta, l&#8217;han resignificat des d&#8217;una \u00f2ptica contempor\u00e0nia per\u00f2 contextual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cadaqu\u00e9s emergeix com un dels primers pobles on la pot\u00e8ncia del seu conjunt hist\u00f2ric encisa els arquitectes moderns, que aportaran una nova manera de fer que acabar\u00e0 sent pr\u00f2pia. Les remuntes amb loggia, iniciades per <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/autors\/correa-mila-arquitectes\">Correa&amp;Mil\u00e1<\/a><\/strong> a la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/obres\/casa-villavecchia\">Casa Villavecchia<\/a><\/strong>, les seguiran molts d&#8217;altres. Aquesta actitut respectuosa i agosarada no quedar\u00e0 nom\u00e9s en l&#8217;hedonisme de la segona resid\u00e8ncia de mar, si no que tamb\u00e9 ha anat sorgint amb diferent sort als pobles d&#8217;interior, amb exemples magistrals com la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/obres\/casa-salvans\">casa Salvans<\/a><\/strong> de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/autors\/lluis-clotet-i-ballus\">Llu\u00eds Clotet<\/a><\/strong> i <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/autors\/ignacio-paricio-i-ansuategui\">Ignacio Paricio<\/a><\/strong> \u2014recordem que Clotet, l&#8217;any 1979, ja havia aixecat, juntament amb <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/autors\/oscar-tusquets-blanca\">Oscar Tusquets<\/a><\/strong>, el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/obres\/restaurant-la-balsa\"><strong>restaurant La Balsa<\/strong><\/a> sobre un antic dip\u00f2sit de pedra\u2014. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/autors\/harquitectes\">H arquitectes<\/a><\/strong>, que han treballat particularment aquesta tipologia recentment, resegueixen la import\u00e0ncia dels murs i les t\u00e0pies en geometria i materialitat en la configuraci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests fr\u00e0gils nuclis rurals a la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/ca\/obres\/casa-1413\">casa 1736<\/a><\/strong>, inventant-la de nou, mantenint un patrimoni dif\u00edcil de conservar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tots aquests exemples, juntament amb la resta de cases seleccionades, mostren una sensibilitat i una manera de fer desitjable, respectuosa, que actua per capes i per acumulaci\u00f3, i tamb\u00e9 per mem\u00f2ria; tot plegat, sense deixar d&#8217;aportar una nova mirada.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pld-like-dislike-wrap pld-custom\">\r\n    <div class=\"pld-like-wrap
