Este proyecto de la Mancomunidad de Catalu\u00f1a, promovido por <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/autores\/josep-puig-i-cadafalch\">Josep Puig i Cadafalch<\/a><\/strong>, entre otros, ten\u00eda como objetivo facilitar la movilidad y el d\u00eda a d\u00eda de los habitantes del valle. El material se recibi\u00f3 con entusiasmo por algunos araneses y logr\u00f3 hacer florecer la semilla del esqu\u00ed como una actividad a medio camino entre el deporte y la herramienta de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, no ser\u00e1 hasta 1964 que el primer telesilla entrar\u00e1 en funcionamiento en Baqueira; con esta efem\u00e9ride, se abrir\u00e1 una v\u00eda a la explotaci\u00f3n del valle para los deportes de invierno y el turismo de monta\u00f1a por parte de una burgues\u00eda que, adem\u00e1s de conquistar la costa, ver\u00e1 en la nieve y particularmente en el esqu\u00ed su estandarte para el ocio invernal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es aqu\u00ed donde la arquitectura moderna entronca con la arquitectura de monta\u00f1a, aunque una d\u00e9cada antes, sobre todo con<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/autores\/josep-maria-sostres-i-maluquer\">Josep Maria Sostres<\/a> <\/strong>a la cabeza, ya se hab\u00edan llevado a cabo aproximaciones al <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/editorial.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/rutes\/cases-i-xalets-de-muntanya-a-lalt-urgell-la-cerdanya-i-el-ripolles\/\">Alt Urgell, la Cerdanya y el Ripoll\u00e8s<\/a><\/strong>. Desde las interpretaciones y adaptaciones de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/autores\/mbm-arquitectes\">MBM<\/a><\/strong> en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/obras\/casa-heredero\">Casa Heredero<\/a><\/strong> siguiendo los postulados del Team X, hasta la posmodernidad aplicada de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/autores\/cristian-cirici-i-alomar\">Cristian Cirici<\/a><\/strong> en la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arquitecturacatalana.cat\/es\/obras\/la-borda-den-roy\">Borda d\u2019en Roy<\/a><\/strong>, el recorrido explora diferentes maneras de abordar la vivienda de alta monta\u00f1a que
